“Fairytale time” project

During the times of quarantine, our humanities department teachers organized “Fairytale time” project among students of the 9th-12th grades in order to support warm family environments and to improve students’ foreign language knowledge. The project asks one of the parents, brothers, sisters, and grandparents to tell their favorite fairytale in their native language and our students translate the fairy tale into English, Chinese or German language and place the translations on Padlet app, and then upload the fairy tale recordings on Flipgrid. Over 80 students and their families participated actively in the project and we are presenting 57 recordings which satisfies technical, visual and audio requirements. At the end of the recording, you can find our students parents describe where to listen full length fairy tales.
