ONE. GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

1.1 This regulation is intended to govern all matters arising in connection with the enrollment of new students into Grade One.

1.2 The school’s internal rules and regulations, together with this regulation, shall be followed in the enrollment of new Grade One students.

1.3 Based on Order No. A/200 dated April 5, 2019, issued by the Minister of Education, Culture, Science and Sports, the enrollment process shall be organized online with the joint participation of parents/guardians, the child, and the school.

1.4 For the 2026–2027 academic year, 120 students shall be admitted to Grade One.

1.5 The enrollment process shall be conducted in two stages, as follows:

 

• Stage One Enrollment: Admission of younger siblings of current students and children of school teachers and staff;

• Stage Two Enrollment: Open enrollment for the remaining quota after completion of Stage One.

 

 

 

TWO. REGISTRATION

2.1 Registration shall be conducted electronically.

2.2 Registration Period: Stage Two enrollment shall take place from 09:00 on March 11, 2026 to 20:00 on March 15, 2026.

2.3 Applicants shall register online via: https://forms.gle/CYZ5XHptmEN7cQgt6

2.4 The registration fee is MNT 30,000. (The fee must be paid during the registration process.)

Note: The registration fee is non-refundable regardless of the admission result

2.5 Requirements for Registration:

 

• The applicant must have been born between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020.

• The online application form (https://forms.gle/CYZ5XHptmEN7cQgt6 ) must be completed in Cyrillic script, and applicants must carefully review and follow the instructions provided for each section before submission.

• Parents/guardians must provide accurate and valid email addresses and contact phone numbers.

• The registration fee must be paid.

 

 

 

THREE. SELECTION PROCESS

3.1 Parents/guardians must complete the questionnaire developed by an independent committee (https://forms.gle/CYZ5XHptmEN7cQgt6).

3.2 The applicant child must record and submit a video of up to two minutes explaining and describing the image provided in the questionnaire (with the assistance of a parent/guardian).

3.3 Based on the parents’/guardians’ responses to the questionnaire and the child’s explanation of the image, the Admissions Committee shall select parents/guardians for further cooperation and grant the child the right to enroll in Grade One.

3.4 The selection results shall be sent to the registered email address on March 20, 2026.

 

 

FOUR. ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION

4.1 The Academic Affairs Office shall contact the family of the admitted applicant by phone to provide additional information regarding contract signing.

4.2 Enrollment shall be confirmed upon signing of the School Enrollment Agreement by the admitted applicant’s parent/guardian.

4.3 If the agreement is not signed within the specified period, it shall be deemed that the applicant has declined enrollment at Orkhon KhaSu School, and the admission right shall be transferred to the next candidate without dispute.

 

 

FIVE. OTHER PROVISIONS

5.1 Admitted applicants who have signed the Enrollment Agreement are required to attend a four-week preparatory program.

5.2 Any issues, complaints, or disputes arising during or after the enrollment process shall be resolved solely by the school and its appointed Admissions Committee.
