The school chess championship named after Uchiral, 11a class student and World Chess Federation's Woman Candidate Master title holder, has been organized on April 17, 2017.

The boys and girls championships has been held between students of the 1st-3rd grades, the 4th-5th grades, the 6th-9th grades and the 10th-12th grades.
